This opportunity takes place between 24 Sep 2018 and 31 Aug 2019.
In this role, you'll be responsible for dealing with Gift Aid donations, which are a valuable source of extra income for our charity shop. You'll use a tablet computer and printer to produce barcode stickers for Gift Aid donations, and ensure that those barcodes are attached to the relevant price tags. You'll ensure that our donation sorting procedures are GDPR compliant and that the workspace for processing Gift Aid is kept tidy and organised. This role requires a shorter weekly time commitment, so is ideal for a volunteer who can only give an hour or two each week.
What skills do I need?
Basic literacy and numeracy; basic IT skills (using a touch-screen tablet and printer); ability to follow written and verbal instructions; organisation.

Training and support
Full training from the shop manager; support from the volunteer team and Area Manager.
1-2 hours per week.
