Event Production Assistant 2019

This opportunity takes place between 03 Jun 2019 and 22 Jun 2019. Applications closed on 01 May.

Working with the production team to manage and display site decoration. This role will require some physical work installing and removal of site decorations and basic furniture i.e. signs, banners, chairs and tables etc. The role will also include supporting the production manager with elements of the parade start site and other relevant duties as required to support the smooth running of the event.

What skills do I need?

Ability to receive instructions and ensure they are delivered as required, Ability to work as part of a team, good communication skills, able to work under pressure always having health and safety at the forefront of any duties undertaken

Training and support

You will receive an induction, support and guidance from the Production Manager.

Time commitment

1-2 weeks prior to event day you may be required to attend a production meeting, 8 hours on event day is desired though this can be negotiated if stated
