In this role, you'll be serving customers in our busy city-centre charity shop, using a touch-screen till with barcode scanner. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is given.
What skills do I need?
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; ability to communicate with customers and volunteers; polite and friendly manner when dealing with customers.
What will I gain?
Retail and customer service skills; raising funds for Oxfam; meeting new people and working in the local community.
Training and support
Full till training is given with ongoing support from Shop Manager.
4 hours per week - 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm.
