Festive Card Making 2019

This opportunity takes place until 12 Dec 2019.

Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th December, 1-3 pm. Drop-in sessions. Bring some festive cheer to older people and children, reduce loneliness and enhance well-being just by making festive cards! The cards will be given to elderly people living in residential homes in Sheffield and children in Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. This is also an opportunity to take a small break from assignments and course work whilst using your creativity! Crafts & Art are proved to be a great way to de-stress! The sessions will be really relaxed and all craft materials will be provided. Your card will make a real difference to someone this Christmas and will help reduce loneliness. Why not bring a friend with you and get in the festive spirit! Get creative with your design, and if you are an international student, you could theme it to your country of origin! No skills required, just a willingness to be creative!
