Saturday Playgroup Volunteer 2019/20

This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.

The Playgroup is for Children aged 3-9 who have a disability and their siblings. Volunteers give one to one support to the children.

Enthusiasm and Patience

What will I gain?

Experience of working with children with disabilities in a supportive environment. Volunteers will receive free training on safeguarding, working with children with disabilities and behaviour management.

Training and support

Volunteers must attend training on Saturday 19th October or Saturday 2nd November and complete online safeguarding training.

Time commitment

Sessions run from 10 am to 2pm on Saturdays during term time. Volunteers need to attend every other Saturday.
